LOL BECAUSE of Header Stripping, Coalgirls release is ~1.4 GB video file size, comparrd to your ~2.0 GB video dule size AT THE SAME BITRATE.

               Compressed or stripped headers mean that each frame starts with the same few bytes. So these bytes are removed from each frame and put in the Track header instead, thus saving a lot of space. In the end a .mkv file with such a feature can be smaller than the raw stream ! Even with all the features that Matroska adds (seeking, chapters, tags, duration, etc).

    anyway, kobybc, just trust your eyes and compare an episode of each release. excluding extras diff is 10 GB. such questions are ankward for the creator to answer. to put it mildly if we liked coalgirls encodes we’d be on their site instead and jensen wouldn’t waste the time. and don’t ask why because probably no one will bother to answer.

    why? because not in 1 case ever, a coalgirls encode is top tier. always there is a better option. not that they aren’t decent though, but just that.

    yeah, a lot of the raws have better quality. Now im comparing reinforce’s raws, beatrices and moozi raws. It is really difficult to tell lol; especailly for some of the large files.
