   there is a problem in the .cue files in the original sound track 1 folder, I noticed that the .cue files encoded with ANSI which would result of undefined characters for japanese language and this results of “unable to open item for play pack” when using programs that open .cue file like (foobar 200 and VLC). however, because the file name in the .cue file will no longer match the file name.
   the problem will be resolved if .cue file get encoded with UTF-8 with BOM
   using any plain text editor and then the file name in .cue file changed to the correct one.
