Oh my god! OH MY GOOOD! Thank you so much! I can’t believe it’s finally fixed! I can’t even begin to comprehend what magic you used to fix it, because Jensen wan unable to fix it for two years! It was above the level of understanding of Jensen brainwaves to realise the priblem was NOT in the file he had in the computer, but in the corruption during download. Thanks.
