     No. If you want to watch FEL, you will need the original BD version, not the encoding, as the additional FEL layer contains the difference between the 12-bit studio master and the 10-bit HDR10 encoding, allowing the original 12-bit signal to be restored on playback. But since this is encoding with filtering applied to fix the terrible upscale from 1080 to 2160, this is not possible.
