     Да, 1060 может в 10 бит hevc.
     Этот рип на железных плеерах с поддержкой хевк 10 бит то же должен завестись.
     Нет аппаратного декодирования на 444 и 12 битный профиль.

         Не, hevc сам определяет по входящим данным, какой профиль нужен при энкоде и сбрасывает кодирование, если настройки указаны выше или же понижает настройки до нужных.
         –allow-non-conformance надо указать и тогда он позволит выбрать больше ref например, но это бессмысленно, очень замедляет кодирование и не дает прироста в качестве.
